Commercial Account Manager
The Commercial Account Manager provides support for an array of banking commercial products. Under general supervision, this job works on projects and prospects associated with commercial operations by assisting with data input processes, quality control, client statement preparations and error identification. This job elevates reporting issues to managers and consistently works to maintain the accuracy of the company's commercial loan management system.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Supports processing of commercial banking operations such as loans, letters of credit and banking guarantees.
  • Enters data from loan applications and related documentation into a commercial loan management system.
  • Works to ensure quality, accuracy and completeness of data entered into management system.
  • Assists preparation of statements for clients, along with conducting reconciliation and investigation efforts when needed.
  • Retrieves and updates information on existing loans as needed.
  • Executes best practices for resolving out-of-balance transactions.
  • Identifies erroneous transactions, reporting major issues to managers for issue resolution.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of commercial banking experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior equipment finance or vendor leasing experience, preferably in the healthcare segment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

Educational Requirements

  • University (Degree) Preferred

  • 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred
