About Our TeamThe Lenovo AI Ecosystem Group is a newly formed organization targeted at transforming Lenovo’s AI product offerings into a world class AI ecosystem environment that will make Lenovo the IT provider of choice for customers. The Senior AI Go to Market Manager will play a crucial role in defining and executing the Go-to-Market strategy for Lenovo’s AI initiatives in North America and Latin America. This position involves close collaboration with North America and Latin America 4P & sales teams, focusing on Retail, Telco, Value Added Resellers (VAR’s) and Lenovo.com. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing end-to-end Go-to-Market plans that build on Lenovo's PC and mobile device offerings to form a holistic offer. The role demands a strategic thinker who can effectively translate marketing messaging into actionable sales initiatives while also collaborating with 4P Managers to set and achieve financial and business objectives.Location: The preferred locations for this role are Morrisville, NC and Chicago, IL. This role is hybrid, 3 days on-site and 2 days remote.What You'll DoWork with GEO Sales, 4P, and Product Segments to establish annual AI launch plans with detailed initiative, resource planning, and clear and quantifiable success metrics for Consumer, SMB and REL Segments sales routes.Marketing Message Inclusion: Collaborate with all relevant internal organizations to ensure proper inclusion of AI Ecosystem messaging in their messaging & events.GEO Sales Activation: Work with GEO teams to drive AI Ecosystem awareness/training opportunities and support those activities with relevant materials.Facilitate training sessions and workshops for sales teams to ensure they have the knowledge and tools needed to effectively sell Lenovo’s AI products.Routes To Market: Role supports all routes to market and will include supporting efforts for internal &channel sales, eCommerce, telco & retail routesFeedback: Establish feedback loops with all stakeholders to ensure refinement of messaging, assets, and sales channel needs to swifter ramp.Drive excitement around the AI Ecosystem product internally & externally through GTM activities.Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to adjust Go-to-Market strategies accordingly.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive collaboration and alignment towards shared objectives.Provide regular updates to management on go-to-market performance and strategic initiatives.Basic QualificationsBachelors degree10+ years of success in GTM, Marketing, Product Positioning or Sales experience in Consumer ecosystem/attach-style IT product category (AI solutions experience preferred)Experience creating and pitching persuasive and detailed GTM strategic plans in PowerPoint at the executive levelPreferred QualificationsMaster's degreeStrong knowledge of PC sales & marketing processes and structureStrong business acumen with ability to influence 4P strategiesAbility to work across global time zones, with flexibility to participate in early morning or late evening calls as needed Ability to thrive in a fast-paced & ambiguous environmentExperience working with global teams and conducting business internationallyThe base salary range budgeted for this position is $175,000 - $207,000.
