position responsibilities
- Acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, consults with line management on recruiting, employee performance and development, employee relations, succession planning, compensation, and training.
- Coordinates as project team member on global HR initiatives in the development, design and execution of corporate HR programs and projects, including conducting of trainings and change management.
- Responsible for India Recruitment. Will be responsible for improving the process as necessary. Will have to ensure On-Time sourcing, resume review, screening and shortlisting resumes, scheduling interviews with the hiring managers
- Responsible for HRMS. Will have to collaborate with other HR members to implement and streamline the same.
- Ensures all New Hires, Terminations, and employee changes are entered timely into the HRIS and Payroll systems.
- Ensures personnel files are maintained in compliance with applicable legal requirements and internal standards
- Maintains company policies and procedures, creating and implementing new policies as needed
- Support with New hire onboarding within the company’s HRIS system, as well as BGV checking processes, and Induction of new employees.
- Drive consistent HR processes and policies or enhancements that support the business, complying with legal and corporate requirements.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations and employment-related legal issues through conducting thorough, objective, and effective investigations legally and based on best practices.
- Works closely with the Asst. Manager HR in Noida to ensure all employment related data is entered into the company’s HRIS system timely and accurately. Will this person not report to the HR Head in India?
- Reporting to HR Head for the company and all other necessary in the company.
- Serves as a point of contact for Bangalore business unit for all HR-related matters. Same Q. Is the position not for India?
- Follow the Performance Improvement Review (PIR) process and monitor the employee performance and report to Corporate HR on the status monthly.
- Collate and analyze employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revise people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes
- Advise/update employees on Employees’ State Insurance Corp (ESIC), Provident Fund (PF), Government Medical College (GMC) grievances WHAT’S THIS FOR? and partner with respective stakeholders for the same BETTER TO SAY should be proficient in Labour Compliances including Payroll related compliances.
- Ensure background verification is tracked and completed within the time frame and action initiated as per policy
- Work with managers to Issue disciplinary action for employees whose performance/behavior fall under expected levels.
- Will be responsible for Employee Engagement activities in the company.
- Will be responsible for CSR activities.
- Ensure monthly completion of rewards and recognition and authenticate data shared for Performers
- Will be responsible for Payroll and Payroll related reimbursement and compliances.Works closely with business on employee relations issues, investigations, and terminations; prepares documentation and makes recommendations for corrective actions in a timely manner including progressive disciplinary actions, terminations according to company’s Corrective Action Policy.
- Conducts exit interviews on voluntary employee terminations, recognizing and addressing trends; and reporting such information to the VP of HR and India leadership.
- Ensures company compliance by staying abreast with India and local labor laws.
- Reviews and analyzes business metrics, including data on retention and employee experience in order to recommend systemic improvements.
- Utilizes workforce data analysis and makes recommendations to improve business or Business Unit effectiveness
- Manages the performance management cycle by supporting managers with employee performance reviews, ensuring all are conducted timely, fairly, and documents are stored securely.
- Coordinate HR related projects such as Employee Engagement, Succession Planning, etc., providing recommendations and improvement objectives to Corporate VP of HR and other leaders within the Company.
- Perform job duties in accordance with the organization's information security policies.
- Protect assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference.
- Works with management to ensure discipline & decorum on the floor is maintained as per the policy of GetixHealth
- Assists with special projects and other duties as assigned.
education and experience
• Bachelor’s Degree and MBA (HR) with 10+ years’ professional experience in HR
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications with an aptitude to learn new programs quickly
- Knowledge of HR/Payroll systems (UKG preferred), with strong ability to create reports, build surveys, and analyze data
- Proven ability to research to gain HR knowledge and law information for various HR related issues.
- Working knowledge of employment practices in India and ability to adapt GetixHealth global initiatives locally.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to build strong work relationships with Operations leaders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
