We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Systems Specialist with proven experience in Oracle ERP administration to support our global Accounting and Finance team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, facilitating efficient use of the ERP system, and serving as the go-to liaison between Finance, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of Oracle ERP workflows, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and operational support to the global Accounting and Finance teams.
Serve as a first-line point of contact for Oracle ERP user support within the Finance department.
Assist with user access setup, permission management, and troubleshooting Oracle ERP issues in collaboration with IT/Tech teams.
Maintain and update finance-related data and configurations within Oracle ERP (e.g., GL codes, AP/AR entries, approval workflows).
Monitor and track open system issues or service requests and follow through to resolution.
Support system testing, updates, and rollouts, including creating and updating documentation and training materials.
Assist with reporting and presentations, and maintain documentation repositories.
Help ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements within the ERP and finance operations.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure finance processes are aligned with system capabilities and business needs.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in an administrative or support role, ideally within a finance or accounting environment.
Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP (Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, or similar) in an administrative/support capacity.
Familiarity with core finance modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets.
Strong understanding of finance and accounting operations in a business context.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience working in a multinational organization or across time zones.
Knowledge of financial controls.
