Persona is searching for a confident, independent self-starter who has a strong desire to meet customer needs. Attention to detail is a must in this position along with the ability to drive projects to get them proposed accurately and timely. 


Job Summary


Assist the Sales Team with open projects to ensure customer needs are met.
 

Job Responsibilities


  • Obtain all necessary project information through survey/code check process to present information to the Sales Representative for a proposal. 
  • Assemble/Request Freight Quotes, Install Bids, Graphics, etc.
  • Issue installer Purchase Orders for surveys. 
  • Send and receive required documentation after a project is awarded including permit documents, PO’s, site/survey photos, etc.
  • Assist with over all aspects of the project coordination once order is received including shipping, freight arrival, drop shipments, installer timelines/communication and deadlines.
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

Education and Experience


  • High School Degree or Equivalent required 
  • Previous project management skills/experience beneficial but not required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities


  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Time management skills
  • Team working skills
  • Customer and personal service skills
  • The ability to communicate well with others


Position Type and Expected Hours of Work


This is a Full-Time position. Typical hours are Monday- Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Overtime may be needed at various times and will be communicated.
