Job Description 

As Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives for all our restaurant brands, with a focus on both franchise growth and customer engagement. This role blends creative vision with data-driven strategy to build brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads for multiple restaurant concepts.

  • Define and maintain brand vision, personality, and positioning across all channels. 
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital, PR, in-store, and experiential marketing touchpoints. 
  • Collaborate with product innovation and menu development based on consumer insights, multicultural market understanding, and industry trends. 
  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies for B2B (franchise development) and B2C (customer acquisition and retention) audiences. 
  • Create compelling copy and content for email campaigns, print collateral, and advertising while ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. 
  • Manage event marketing, including grand openings, seasonal promotions, and special events, to maximize attendance and sales. 
  • Plan and manage promotions, events, and merchandising programs in collaboration with leadership, operations, and creative partners. 
  • Collaborate with designers and creative teams to produce visually engaging materials that align with campaign goals. 
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities that inform marketing strategies. 
  • Present marketing initiatives, results, and recommendations to senior leadership. 
  • Oversee lead generation campaigns, including social media, digital advertising, promotional initiatives, and CRM management, to attract qualified franchise prospects. 
  • Maintain and evolve brand positioning, ensuring messaging communicates unique value propositions effectively. 
  • Monitor and maintain consistent brand positioning focused on quality and guest experience, ensuring successful application in future initiatives and multiple location openings. 
  • Manage post-launch communication recaps to assess impacts on revenue, profitability, product mix, and marketing campaign performance. Lead qualitative and quantitative analyses to deepen guest insights and optimize promotional messaging and brand claims. 
  • Acts as a brand steward and models the way for others on the marketing team. 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 
  • Minimum 5 years in marketing and brand development, preferably with an international QSR brand. 
  • Minimum 2 years in the restaurant industry, franchise experience a plus. 
  • Knowledge of hospitality service, marketing, and operations. 
  • Strong analytical, financial analysis, and project management skills. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and CRM platforms. 
  • Skilled in public relations, communications, and coordinating PR/Digital teams for successful launches. 
  • Proven ability to influence strategy, lead teams, and support professional growth. 
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred (oral and written). 
  • Availability to travel nationally.
