The job:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Business Systems Analyst II to support and improve our core business systems, particularly IFS ERP and Salesforce. This individual will analyze business operations and identify opportunities to streamline processes through better use of systems. With a focus on Configure-Quote-Order (CQO) processes, CRM workflows, and reporting, the Business Systems Analyst II will serve as a bridge between functional teams and technology solutions.
This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, documenting business needs, participating in design sessions, configuring systems, and validating enhancements. A collaborative mindset, technical curiosity, and a customer-focused approach are key for success. Additionally, this role will act as a Project Manager for the projects they help manage into our ecosystem.

What will you do in this role:
- Serve as a member of the Information Technology Team with a focus on ERP (IFS) and CRM (Salesforce).
- Analyze and document business processes across departments, focusing on sales, operations, and service functions.
- Recommend process improvements and technical solutions that enhance business efficiency.
- Assist with configuration and ongoing maintenance of IFS and Salesforce platforms.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with developers, vendors, and business stakeholders on system enhancements.
- Participate in testing and validation of changes to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Support end users through documentation, training, and troubleshooting.
Education, Experience and Ability Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a business systems analyst or functional ERP/CRM support role.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (IFS preferred) and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams, and Visio or similar tools.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
