What You’ll Do
As a Customer Care Specialist, you’ll:
Provide top-notch service to customers over the phone and via virtual tools
Remotely troubleshoot hardware/software issues on our self-service terminals
Answer questions and walk customers through ITI's services and materials
Escalate complex issues appropriately and professionally
Coordinate technician dispatch when needed
Maintain accurate records and protect customer privacy
What Makes You a Great Fit
A positive, customer-first attitude and clear communication skills
Comfort using virtual tools and navigating multiple systems
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Problem-solving mindset with a desire to help others
High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or relevant experience a plus
1–3 years of experience in a customer support or helpdesk role
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
