What You’ll Do

As a Customer Care Specialist, you’ll:

  • Provide top-notch service to customers over the phone and via virtual tools

  • Remotely troubleshoot hardware/software issues on our self-service terminals

  • Answer questions and walk customers through ITI's services and materials

  • Escalate complex issues appropriately and professionally

  • Coordinate technician dispatch when needed

  • Maintain accurate records and protect customer privacy


What Makes You a Great Fit

  • A positive, customer-first attitude and clear communication skills

  • Comfort using virtual tools and navigating multiple systems

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Problem-solving mindset with a desire to help others

  • High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or relevant experience a plus

  • 1–3 years of experience in a customer support or helpdesk role

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
