THE ROLE

 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to meaningful projects that support our people and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and interns.
  • Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Assist in drafting HR documents such as policies, and internal communications.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
  • Support the I-9 compliance project, including document verification and audit preparation.
  • Monitor and manage the HR inbox, ensuring timely responses and proper routing of inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team-oriented environment.
