Customer Service Representative II for Veseris
Veseris delivers the products, training, and expertise to help customers drive business growth into — and across — a wide range of service areas. Our people work directly with suppliers across North America to offer stand-up support and helpful advice.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure a positive experience with our company. You will play a key role in building customer trust and supporting cross-functional collaboration to deliver outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with customers who are coming into the Veseris Pro Center to answer questions and recommend products
- Keep store clean, organized, and stocked with appropriate products
- Prepare orders in the warehouse for delivery and customer pick up
- Unload weekly shipment of products into the warehouse
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department as needed
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Operations, IT) to resolve customer concerns and improve service delivery
- Stay informed on company products, services, and updates to provide accurate and helpful information
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and share insights with management
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 3 years in a customer service experience required
- Minimum of 1 year of pest control experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends if required
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
- Comfortable being in the warehouse to prepare orders
