Respiratory Care Practitioner at Providence Saint John’s Health Center in Santa Monica, CA. This position is PT and will work 12-hour, Variable shifts.

Assesses need, administers, and evaluates response to respiratory care procedures such as oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, hyperinflation therapy, and bronchial hygiene therapies. Provides mechanical ventilatory support and CPR. Assists physicians with bronchoscopies. Performs arterial and venous blood draws, operates ABG machines, and performs EKG's and pulmonary function screenings.

Required qualifications:
- Sufficient for license/registration.
- Upon hire: California Respiratory Care Practitioner License.
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- Within 90 days of hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association.
- Within 90 days of hire: National Provider PALS - American Heart Association
Preferred qualifications:
- 1 year Experience following RCP licensure.
- Upon hire: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - National Board for Respiratory Care (for all therapists)
