We are currently seeking a Veterinary Technician to join our close-knit crew and continue our mission of providing high-quality, lifelong care to pets across every life stage.
Here is What Your day May Consist of:
- Providing skilled nursing care, surgical assistance, and anesthesia monitoring
- Performing diagnostics, lab work, and imaging
- Assisting in emergency situations with confidence and clarity
- Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring proper documentation
- Supporting veterinarians during exams, treatments, and procedures
- Educating clients on home care, medications, and follow-up
- Promoting infection control and following OSHA safety protocols
- Participating in cleaning, inventory, and overall clinic upkeep
- Supporting the front desk with client calls and patient check-in/out as needed
Here is What You Will Bring to the Position:
- Experience as a Veterinary Technician (licensed or unlicensed)
- Knowledge of small animal medicine
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for extended periods, and handle physically demanding tasks
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in veterinary terminology and standard abbreviations
- Calm, compassionate demeanor—especially under pressure or with grieving clients
- Willingness to work flexible hours and step in when needed
- Familiarity with anesthetic protocols and surgical assistance
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills—willing to direct and support other staff
