💼 What You’ll Be Doing:
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for referring DVMs: manage consult requests, schedule appointments, and process patient transfers.
- Ensure all necessary medical records and communications are in place before appointments.
- Serve as a client liaison, making the referral experience seamless and positive.
- Maintain and update our referring DVM database and ensure clinics have current marketing and referral materials.
- Send follow-up communication and records after visits.
- Coordinate with specialists to handle urgent or sensitive cases.
- Plan outreach strategies and participate in efforts to grow our referral network.
- Conduct quality control follow-ups with rDVMs to gather feedback and enhance the referral experience.
- Collaborate with management and marketing to develop campaigns (emails, direct mail, etc.) that highlight new services and hospital offerings.

What You'll Bring
- Experience in a veterinary or medical setting (client services, coordination, or administrative roles a plus).
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and empathy.
- Comfort working with EMRs and hospital systems (knowledge of veterinary medical records a plus).
- Passion for building relationships and helping veterinary professionals grow their practices.
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures is a big plus.
