Position Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our go to market sales team. In this role, you will focus primarily on outbound cold calling, helping us generate qualified leads and expand our customer base. You will work closely with the sales team to engage with potential clients, identify their needs, and introduce Didero’s solution to help solve their procurement challenges. This is a flexible, remote position with a part-time commitment (5-10 hours per week).
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to engage potential clients, introduce Didero’s solution, and qualify leads.
Assist with scheduling demos and follow-up calls to convert prospects into sales opportunities.
Maintain a high level of knowledge about Didero’s solutions, including how to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies and refine messaging.
Document interactions and follow-ups using CRM (Hubspot).
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly outreach targets.
Play a key role in identifying and nurturing new sales opportunities.
Manage and optimize the sales pipeline by qualifying leads and scheduling meetings.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with prospects.
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience as an Account Executive
2-3+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably in a SaaS or technology-focused company.
Prior experience in selling to mid-market manufacturers or finance/procurement teams is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven ability to engage prospects, build relationships, and qualify leads.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently while being part of a remote team.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, resilient mindset.
Proficiency with CRM software (Hubspot) and communication tools (Slack, Krisp).
A willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute ideas to help improve processes and achieve team goals.
