Title: Systems Administrator
Salary: Starting at $85k - $100K -- depending on qualifications
Status: Full-time, Salary, Exempt
Reports to: IT Manager
Location: Chandler, AZ (Onsite)
Essential job functions/duties

- Responsible for all aspects of the maintenance, configuration, monitoring, and reliable operations of company systems, servers, and cloud services.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 (M365) including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and compliance/security policies.
- Manage Windows Server environments including Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, file/print services, and Remote Desktop Services (RDS) farm.
- Provide Windows OS support for all locations, including software deployment, hardware installation, patching, and troubleshooting.
- Administer network infrastructure including cabling, switches, routers, and wireless networks (Cisco Meraki).
- Configure and monitor SonicWall Firewalls and site-to-site VPNs, ensuring network security and performance.
- Proactively monitor systems and networks using Auvik, SolarWinds, or similar monitoring solutions; respond to alerts and prevent outages.
- Manage 3CX VoIP phone system and ensure reliable communication across the enterprise.
- Administer FreshService Ticketing System to triage, track, and resolve service requests while maintaining knowledge base documentation.
- Provide support for in-house A/V systems and equipment.
- Support and troubleshoot FibroScan devices (training provided) and occasionally transport equipment as needed.
- Implement IT security best practices, including patching, threat protection (Microsoft Defender Suite, Sentinel One, Adlumin, Barracuda), and vulnerability remediation.
- Complete assigned special projects in a timely manner.
- Assist with basic facilities and procurement support when needed.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required
- Positive attitude with a strong aptitude to learn and grow.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal); proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Highly accountable, reliable, and professional with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration including roles, distribution/security groups, and policies.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, TCP/IP protocols, routing, switching, and wireless technologies.
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting tools and techniques, including packet capture and log analysis.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and systems management.
- Experience with endpoint protection, threat management, and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to lift and transport IT hardware as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT-related degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Systems Administrator or similar role.
- Preferred certifications: CompTIA Security+, Network+, A+; Microsoft Certified: M365 Enterprise Administrator or Azure Administrator; Cisco CCNA or Meraki CMNA.
- Knowledge of healthcare systems or multi-site medical practice IT needs is a strong plus.

Physical demands
- Up to 25% of travel is required to support remote locations. Travel may be conducted using a company vehicle, or personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement. Must have a valid driver’s license and be in good standing with the Department of Motor Vehicles.
Travel:
- Some interoffice travel may be required up to 10% with use of a company vehicle or personal vehicle mileage reimbursement
