Communications Coordinator bei The Arc Montgomery County

The Arc Montgomery County has an exciting newly created position for a Communications Coordinator who will execute communications and marketing plans that advance The Arc Montgomery County’s visibility, strengthen support for the organization, and improve stakeholder and constituent engagement. This position requires professionalism, confidentiality, and flexibility. The ideal candidate has strong verbal and written communication, has the ability to use resources to communicate effectively and harmoniously with people of all abilities, ages, and backgrounds solid organization, outstanding attention to detail, and excellent time management. The Communications Coordinator works collaboratively with the Graphic Designer. This position may require some early mornings, weekends, and evenings. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree plus one year of relevant experience, or associate degree plus 3 years of relevant professional experience. Thirty relevant credit hours may be substituted for one year of experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office. 
• Demonstrated understanding of social media platforms and social media marketing. 
• Understanding of content management systems, HTML coding, and digital graphics production. 
• Willingness to learn new skills.

$20.00 - $21.01 depending on education and experience.
