JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Intern with a strong foundation in project management to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in engineering processes, cross-functional collaboration, and project execution. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support engineering teams in the planning, execution, and tracking of technical projects
- Assist in developing project timelines, resource plans, and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance
- Participate in project meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
- Analyst data and generate reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement
- Help identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and documentation updates
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
- Currently pursing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related discipline)
- Coursework or hands-on experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Experience with CAD software or engineering simulation tools is preferred
- Certification or training in project management (e.g. CAPM, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Asana, Trello) is a plus

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base hourly wage for this position is $20.00/hour.
