Archimedes is a specialty drug management company with an industry-leading technology platform that health plans and employer groups can use to manage specialty drug spend. We are expanding our team and looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in healthcare analytics. This position will report to the VP of Analytics and will be responsible for the day-to-day importing, exporting, distributing, analyzing, and reporting of healthcare data. Given our growth trajectory, we are looking for a person who can grow with the company, learning new skills and assuming an expanding role.
Responsibilities
- Transform client data into actionable insights via SQL and our proprietary SpecialtyIQ platform.
- Support sales, clinical, and operational teams with their analytic needs within our data-driven company.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience analyzing large pharmacy and/or medical claims data sets.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative field.
- Bright, proactive, forward-thinking, creative, organized, results-oriented problem solver.
- Ability to translate business requirements into programmatic algorithms and code.
- Impeccable data instincts with the ability to quickly spot issues, trends, and analytic pathways.
- Proficiency in T-SQL/SSIS - SSRS experience a plus but not required.
- PowerBI/Tableau Experience – developing and designing dashboard reports
- Proficiency in importing, exporting, transforming, and warehousing healthcare data.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills.
- Quantitative and analytical, yet engaging and personable.
- Efficient, yet attentive to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Track record of increasing roles and responsibilities within Analytics.
