We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Professional to join our team in the Miami-Dade area. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building strong relationships, identifying client needs, and delivering tailored solutions that drive business growth. This role demands a confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the cultural nuances of working with the vibrant communities of South Florida.
The successful candidate will leverage their language skills, sales expertise, and local market knowledge to expand our customer base, nurture existing accounts, and exceed revenue targets. Job description:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to produce territory sales
- Meet with Architects and Builders and Homeowners to develop appropriate solution
- Draft written proposals for installation of Elevators and ADA Lifts
- Enter all leads and follow-ups into CRM system
- Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
- Meet established sales goals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales
- Prior construction or elevator experience highly desirable
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Highly self-motivated and driven
- Must be computer literate and proficient int MS Word, Outlook and Excel
