Call Center Admin

Office: Pritchard Facility Servics (PFS)
Location: Apalachin

One of the largest Facility Maintenance providers in North America is Hiring!

We are looking to hire Call Center Representatives to our team. The Call Center Representative will

Answering inbound calls, scheduling appointments for technicians, dispatching service requests, and addressing inquiries about billing and maintenance.

Key responsibilities include efficient call handling, accurate record-keeping in company software, resolving customer concerns, coordinating with field technicians, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Customer Inquiries: Answer calls, emails, and live chats to address customer questions about services, pricing, and maintenance.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Book, confirm, and manage service and estimate appointments in a timely and organized manner.
  • Technician Dispatch: Coordinate with technicians by assigning service requests and managing their schedules to ensure efficient and timely job completion.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer concerns, manage complaints effectively, and work to resolve issues efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process orders, payments, and paperwork, and accurately enter customer information, appointment details, and job status into the company's system.
  • Internal Communication: Act as a liaison between customers, field technicians, and management, ensuring quick and accurate information flow.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for clear and professional interactions.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Organization: Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions and administrative tasks simultaneously.
  • Computer Proficiency: Competence in using CRM software, scheduling tools, and basic microsoft computer applications.
  • Customer Focus: A commitment to providing responsive, caring, and high-quality service to customers.

Benefits:

  • Salary: $18/hour
  • Shift: Monday - Friday; 8am - 4:30pm
  • Possibility of evening and weekend on-call w/passive rate of $3-$5/hr (this means employees need to available remotely but not officially working unless there is a call)
