Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient with CRM software and basic computer applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
