We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable People & Culture Intern based in Singapore to support our Southeast Asia offices. In this role, you’ll be actively involved in Talent Acquisition and help drive employee engagement and culture initiatives, contributing to our goal of delivering an exceptional employee experience. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in People & Culture within a global communications agency.

The Plot Thickens: Job Description
• Talent Acquisition: You will support the recruitment process by helping to source, screen, and engage with potential candidates across various channels. From coordinating interviews to assisting in the development of creative outreach strategies, you'll play a part in attracting top talent. You’ll also monitor talent market trends and support the team in maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.
• Enhancing Employee Experience: You will help drive employee engagement by supporting internal initiatives such as team-building events, wellness programs, and communication campaigns. You’ll assist in preparing materials that reflect company values and contribute fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Talent Development: You will support the People & Culture team in shaping growth initiatives by assisting with the design of training materials, tracking participation, and analyzing employee feedback. Your contributions will help drive impactful development programs and inform data-driven HR strategies.
• People and Culture programmes and projects: You will support the research and development of programmes and projects to enable stronger employee engagement levels and foster greater participation in key organisational initiatives.
• Any other adhoc duties as required, within the scope of People & Culture.

The Hero’s Background: Qualifications
• Minimum university qualifications; reputable institutions with specialisations in HR, psychology, Organisational Behaviour, or social sciences preferred.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Efficient and passionate with use of technology tools e.g AI, to produce quality results within record time
• Experience with ATS or recruitment software is a plus.
• Highly meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Responsible, punctual, and results-driven with a steadfast attitude.
