Responsibilities
- Lead and Manage the Sales Team: Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing sales team to exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Drive Deal Structuring and Finance Approvals: Assist in structuring deals and work closely with financial institutions to obtain customer approvals.
- Forecast Sales and Manage Inventory: Accurately forecast sales trends and maintain optimal inventory levels based on market demand and vehicle mix.
- Support Floor Operations: Maintain a hands-on presence on the showroom floor to support the team and ensure exceptional customer engagement.
- Promote a Culture of Success: Foster a results-driven, customer-focused team environment through leadership, motivation, and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automotive sales (management experience preferred)
