Compensation is based on Flat Rate Hours turned, offering outstanding financial growth—especially for those with experience across multiple vehicle makes and models, including diesels.

Job Requirements:

• Experience servicing a wide range of vehicle makes and models (diesel experience is a plus)

• High school diploma or GED

• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record

• Strong mechanical aptitude and proven technical performance

• Physical stamina and manual dexterity

• Ability to work effectively in a team and fast-paced environment

• Professional appearance and a positive, customer-focused attitude

• Strong communication skills and a dedication to world-class customer service
