Shift Manager - Atlanta Airport bei Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group

We are seeking to hire a Shift Manager for the Atlanta International Airport - D Concourse. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and janitorial supervision. This position requires knowledge of all janitorial equipment and chemical products.

The work schedule is five days a week overseeing of all 3 shifts (1st, 2nd & 3rd ) � weekends are required. The position will be reporting directly to the Account Manager.

Qualifications/Responsibilities:

• Manage & oversee all shift activities
• Minimum 3 years� relevant experience and ability to manage a staff of 35-40.
• Must have management experience
• MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel and Email
• A strong eye for detail and provide excellent service standards.
• Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor while ensuring the highest level of customer experience.
• Knowledge and experience with floor tech (cleaning machines, etc.)
• Possess the ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate professional communication skills.
• Establish inspection schedule and perform daily inspections � day and evenings
• Strong understanding of contractually required cleaning specifications and frequencies
• Schedule and monitor periodic tasks
• Monitor compliance with required safety guidelines
• Coordinate employee training and maintain training records
• Respond to all customer requests, complaints, and questions in a timely fashion
• Monitor consumable and chemical supply inventories in all accounts
• Maintain good working relationships with distribution and manufacturing partners
• Continually improve industry knowledge
• Submit weekly operations report to Account Manager
