The Tyndale Company is seeking a Cycle Count Coordinator on 1st Shift in our Houston Distribution Center! Our Cycle Count Coordinator will be primarily responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of warehouse inventory. This role supports overall warehouse operations by performing cycle counts, processing inventory adjustments, replenishing picking/storage locations, and fulfilling customer orders as needed. The coordinator will utilize Tyndale’s ERP and Warehouse Management System to maintain inventory standards and support operational efficiency, all while adhering to company policies and safety protocols.
Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Responsibilities:
- Executing cycle counts, physical inventories, and audits to verify and reconcile inventory discrepancies with the goal of achieving and maintaining 100% accuracy.
- Discrepancy resolution by investigating the root cause of inaccurate inventory levels and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Recognize process improvements by identifying and recommending refinement to inventory control procedures and practices.
- Maintaining accurate records of cycle counts and adjustments.
- Collaboration with warehouse and other relevant teams to manage inventory levels.
- Apply barcode labels to garments and inventory locations as required.
- Perform material put-away in accordance with established procedures.
- Process inventory adjustments accurately using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Promptly communicating inventory discrepancies or process issues to management.
- Using WMS, ERP systems, and other tools to track inventory and manage the counting process.
- Assist with customer orders as directed by warehouse leadership team.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by adhering to 5S housekeeping standards while ensuring that inventory processes comply with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Assist in training and mentoring associates on proper cycle counting procedures and inventory accuracy best practices.
- Able to perform all warehouse associate responsibilities and other projects/duties as assigned.

Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to read and function handheld device and PC.
- Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment preferred.
- Fork-lift/Order Picker certification a plus.
