In pursuit of this mission, we are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Sales Ops Assistant to join our dynamic team.

The Sales Ops Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the sales team by streamlining processes, managing data, and ensuring that all operational aspects of sales activities run smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a knack for organization and analytical thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team by managing sales documentation and CRM data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and finance, to ensure alignment and smooth communication.
  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Assist with onboarding new sales team members and providing necessary training on processes and tools.
  • Handle administrative duties related to sales operations, such as scheduling meetings and organizing files.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales operations, administration, or a related role is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
