This position is to join the asset management team in Bangalore to manage the Bangalore assets.
- Manages assets, coordinate with Tech Bar to issue laptops stocks for deployment and leavers asset collection. Regular check of assets to ensure it is reflecting in HAM in correct status. Perform inventory check periodically providing report to management and identify any missing inventory.
- Approve hardware requests in service now based on the criteria set.
- Accurately maintain company database. Monitor and report any missing or lost inventory to management. Help setting up monitors and other accessories at workstations as required by business units. Coordinate audits for dispatch sites. Compile and present asset management reports. Assist global asset management tracking team to cleanup database using power app.
- Coordinate individual orders placed by users. Confirm all incoming shipments to be accurate by comparing the PO / invoice to the order and ensure all inventory is in excellent condition. Assist in dispatching laptops and other ordered hardware by employees in coordination with facilities.
- Manage e-waste of hardware equipment in Bangalore and other locations in India. Data wipe of all laptops before adding them back to stock. Coordinate e-waste for dispatch locations along with the inventory management team
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills, time-management skills and good interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Ability to lift heavy object while handling stocks
- Ability to maintain a high level of physical exertion for extended periods and working primarily while standing.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and power B1 would be an added advantage.
