Unit Description:

Delaware North operates concessions, premium dining, and restaurants at Trust Park dating back to 2016 when the 41,500-seat venue opened. The state-of-the-art ballpark is home to Major League Baseball's Atlanta Braves.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operations of all concessions locations within the unit
  • Coordinate team members and non-profit organization groups to ensure effective collaboration and operational efficiency
  • Hire and train new team members on company objectives, policies, and procedures to drive team performance and deliver exceptional guest service
  • Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local regulations governing alcohol, food service, sanitation, payroll, financial protocols, and employment practices
  • Manage cash handling and financial reporting, resolve discrepancies, and support inventory control
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of managerial or supervisory experience in the food service industry, preferably with prior concessions experience
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, health regulations, and safety procedures, with the ability to obtain ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures certifications
  • Proficient computer skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and point of sale systems
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Capacity to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business levels
