The Opportunity - In office 5 days Peachtree City, Georgia
As part of the America’s team, Sany Capital USA is looking to recruit a driven, forward-thinking and highly motivated Loan Operations Associate. This role will require someone who is very detailed oriented, provides an exemplary level of customer service, and has the ability to balance multiple tasks while being a problem solver that can create and improve processes with outside-the-box thinking.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This role will be an integral member of the Loan Operations Team of Sany Capital USA, Inc. This will be a customer-facing role and will interact with other members of Sany Capital USA, Inc. and Sany America Inc. Job duties include:
- Finance contract review, analysis, and data entry.
- Receiving payments and posting to loan accounts.
- Portfolio report preparation, review, and distribution.
- Evaluate trends in customer data to promptly identify and report areas of concern.
- Maintaining and servicing commercial loan portfolio alongside other team members.
- Reviewing and auditing loan files for compliance with regulatory and loan policies, and procedures.
- Provide communication (oral and written) with customers concerning loan invoices and payoffs.
- Assist with collection efforts on delinquent or problem accounts.
- Testing of loan administration system upgrades when needed.
- Adhere to all policies, procedures, processes, company practices, guidelines, expectations, laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization by participating and contributing to a positive work environment that exhibits courteous, respectful and professional behavior and collaboration.
- Demonstrate consistent professional appearance, image, ethics, integrity, demeanor, and represent the Sany brand.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum one year of related experience and/or training in a commercial finance or equipment/captive finance environment preferred but not required.
- Proficient using advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, graphs, spreadsheets, pivot tables, & v-lookup).
- Proficient in the use of all other Microsoft Office products: (Word, Outlook)
- Ability to compute interest, discounts, fees, etc.
- Working experience with InfoLease/Solifi a plus but not required.
- Effective written communication including the ability to create reports and letters.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret commercial equipment loan documents and reports.
- Strong communication, presentation skills and teamwork skills with the ability to build trust and credibility globally.
- Demonstrate a high degree of creativity and mature judgement (analytical vs. intuitive approach) in anticipating and solving unique, unprecedented problems.
- Time management skills with the ability to plan, create, maintain and resolve open issues, analyze workflow, demonstrate sense of urgency and set priorities to meet deadlines.

EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
