EMR, located in Rosedale, MD, has an opening for Warranty Account Receivables/Billing. The successful candidate will professionally work with manufacturers and dealers in areas of credit and collections so that accounting records are accurately maintained. Payments are to be collected and applied for warranty A/R in accordance with EMR’s policies while maintaining positive favorable relationships. Billing reconciliation is to be provided and assist in handling aspects of the warranty department – billing, billing reconciliation, data entry. Prior Accounts Receivable & Billing experience is preferred. We offer a competitive salary, PTO, health, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401K.   Hours are 8am-4:30pm. 

 

Qualifications

  • Experience with collection calls.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrates customer service, interpersonal communication, and ability to multi-task.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in service/repair or related industry is preferred, but not necessary. 
  • Ability to work in a team environment a must.
