Job Description
EdgeVerve Systems Limited is seeking Solution Consultant with familiarity or expertise across corporate operations and/or industry domain. As a Solution Consultant at EdgeVerve, you will play a crucial role in delivering complex AI, Automation and Data solutions to our clients. You will lead a team of solution consultants, oversee project PoC/Pilot delivery, and act as a subject matter expert.

Responsibilities
- Client Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their business challenges and goals.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify opportunities for EdgeVerve products and services.
- Present solutions to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
- ·Solution Design & Delivery:
- Design comprehensive solutions that address client pain points and align with their strategic objectives.
- Leverage functional/technical expertise to create innovative solutions utilizing EdgeVerve's product portfolio.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Demos/PoCs/Pilots to aid in selling EdgeVerve products and solutions
- Manage project risks and issues effectively.
- Technical Expertise:
- Serve as a subject matter expert in specific EdgeVerve product areas.
- Stay up to date with the latest technological trends and industry best practices where AI and Automation is applicable
- Provide function/technical guidance and support to the Solutions team.
- Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop high-quality proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition, scope of work, and pricing.
- Provide technical support during the sales cycle, answering product-related questions and resolving customer issues.
- Work with Sales/Solution Consultant to manage and win opportunities.
- Assist in qualification of sales opportunities and lead the EdgeVerve ROI Assessment (ERA) process.
- Work closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of solution consultants.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Strategic Initiatives:
- Become an organizational leader in terms of solution expertise, especially as it relates to customer value proposition.
- Evangelize EdgeVerve products and solutions in relevant global forums.
- Build on your Automation & AI/ML expertise.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Nurture partnerships with internal teams (Sales, Delivery, Product, Infrastructure, Security, Finance, Legal, Marketing) to ensure timely execution.
- Prior solution expertise in design, development and delivery of solutions leveraging AI and Automation
- Industry and solution expertise, solution expertise, supporting, enterprise software sales
- Knowledge of respective solution markets, including competitors, solutions, pricing, etc
- Prior experience in pre-sales with strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven presentation, communication, partnership building, coaching, mentoring, and people management skills.
- Ability to handle ambiguity, synthesize data and trends, and possess strong client interfacing skills.
- Experience with sales methodologies and CRM tools. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., cloud computing, AI, machine learning) is a plus.
