- Greet and direct office visitors
- Manage inbound phone traffic including internal routing
- Manage all inbound and outbound mail and package deliveries
- Ensure company and client contact information is accurate and circulated
- Assist with new employee onboarding activities
- Manage all aspects of office inventory including procurement and stocking
- Troubleshoot conference room technology issues
- Assist with all aspects of digital and physical record-keeping
- Work with office and field teams to ensure supplier invoice is coded correctly
- Performance project coordination tasks, including COI and vendor information management, system user access/logins, and other tasks as assigned
- Serve as the Employee Engagement Coordinator by:
- Participating in Norcon’s Social Committee
- Organizing group activities, events, team building and wellness initiatives, and celebrations that align with Norcon’s values
- Other projects as assigned
- Must be able to work from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday-Friday
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, reliable, and punctual
- 2+ years of experience working in a professional setting in an administrative support role
- Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent required
