We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Quality and Inventory Control Support team member to support the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of our warehouse operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring inventory integrity, maintaining food safety standards, and assisting with vendor compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Pay Rate $22.00 - $23.00 Per Hour

Responsibilities:- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and audits.
- Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Support quality programs, including SQF, FSMA, and vendor compliance requirements.
- Conduct inspections to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.
- Cross departmental partnership to identify and resolve quality or inventory-related issues.
- Assist in recall readiness, mock trace exercises, and compliance documentation.
- Maintain detailed records of inventory adjustments, quality checks, and audit findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and reduce waste.
- Promote culture of accuracy, accountability, and food safety across the warehouse.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience preferably in inventory control, quality assurance, or warehouse operations.
- Working knowledge of warehouse or distribution systems preferred (e.g., WMS, AS400)
- Understanding of food safety regulations, and compliance standards (SQF/FSMA preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a focus on problem solving.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend solutions
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
