Hours: Between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday
Pay: $80,000+ /yr, Depending on experience.
Your Purpose Will Be:
The person in this position has oversight of the Commercial and Real Estate lending construction draws and monitoring. Oversees training on process and software of construction draws. Also, every employee is responsible for fulfilling our Mission Statement: To improve the financial well-being of our members, while providing world class service.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and maintain accuracy in all aspects of construction loan monitoring, reconciliation and draw process.
- Oversees approval of construction draw disbursements utilizing construction loan management software. (I.e. Built)
- Identify risk in the construction loan portfolio. Collaborate with external and internal parties, to remedy situations and ensure projects are on track.
- Provides timely feedback to management on poor contractor and/or project performance.
- Works with Digital Services to keep Construction Loan Management system up-to-date and performing well.
- Conduct monthly meetings to inform stakeholders regarding project progress and identify concerns.
- Manages a team of remote and hybrid employees while overseeing the hiring, training, development, and evaluation of each.
- Build good relationships with credit union branches, departments, borrowers, contractors, and vendors. Also, responds to inquiries from these groups as they arise.
- Oversee the operational functions of the department and ensure all daily tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Ensure an elevated level of member service is achieved and maintained.
- Ensure all Credit Union policies and procedures are followed.
- Understands the Bank Secrecy Act and how it is applied.

Requirements
The experience you need to succeed:
- Five or more years of experience with lending in a financial institution.
- Real Estate and commercial draw experience referred.
- Must have prior working experience in a manager/leadership position.
- Must have High School diploma or equivalent G.E.D.
- Proficient with standard office business machinery and software.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook.
- Leadership knowledge and skills.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Works primarily in a hybrid office environment with some days in office. This includes but is not limited to various outdoor and indoor climates, public venues, and driving conditions. (Hybrid or work from home employees must be able to report in office if required.)
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee may regularly need to: see, talk, hear, and perform repetitive movements with arms, hands, and fingers to handle, feel, grasp, and reach. A computer, phone -possibly including a smart phone, and standard office equipment are normal tools for this position.
