Description
This role is primarily responsible for the daily processing of ACH and wire transactions, while also supporting the setup and ongoing maintenance of treasury management services such as online banking, Remote Deposit Capture, and Positive Pay.
You will work with many of the bank’s commercial customers, assisting them with treasury management products and services—helping ensure a smooth experience from onboarding through daily support—while maintaining a strong focus on regulatory compliance, internal controls, and accuracy in all transaction processing.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel), and the desire to become proficient in all applicable bank systems, products, and services
ACH & Wire Processing
- Process ACH originations, returns, NOCs, and wire transfers accurately and timely
- Ensure transactions comply with NACHA rules, OFAC screening requirements, and internal risk controls
- Monitor and resolve ACH and wire exceptions
- Assist with transaction investigations, research, and issue resolution
- Maintain documentation and participate in audits and regulatory reviews as needed
Customer & Internal Support
- Act as a point of contact for commercial customers using treasury management services
- Troubleshoot issues professionally, patiently, and thoroughly with clients
- Monitor customer activity for risk and usage issues
- Assist with special projects related to treasury management operations, compliance, or product enhancement
- Assist with customer onboarding and training
