About Us
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update job management systems with accurate project information
- Attain quotes from suppliers, place orders and reconcile costs.
- Fleet management.
- Act as a point of contact with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Work closely with the Regional Managers, Contracts Managers, Consultants, and site teams to ensure efficient delivery of services.
- Ensure all administrative tasks comply with company policies, industry standards, and health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate and secure records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Assist with stock control, supply ordering, and maintenance of asset registers.
- Booking overnight accommodation for site teams and management as required.
- Weekly monitoring of hire reports, liaising with management, and off-hiring of plant and equipment as required.
- Checking and uploading timesheets to company server.
- Collaborate towards business improvement projects with the Regional Managers.
- Assist with facilities management of company assets.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience in an administrative or operational support role
- Excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload under pressure
- Experience within the construction / contracting industries
