Hybrid Commercial Drywall Foremen bei KHS&S Contractors

KHS&S projects include the Tampa International Airport expansion; Seminole Hard Rock Casinos in Tampa and Hollywood, FL; and numerous Disney and Universal Studios projects. KHS&S is looking for skilled foremen.

Responsibilities:

• Blueprint Reading, layout and planning of the day to day duties
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within set budget
• Supervise employees and subcontractors
• Safety plan management including training and enforcement of safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and harassment-free work environment
• Work hands on to complete projects
• Maintain employee records including payroll, overtime, schedules
• Train, mentor, and discipline employees

Requirements:

• 3 plus years of commercial construction experience
• Knowledge of interior/exterior framing, drywall and exterior skin systems
• Ability to use the tools necessary for the trade
• General knowledge of accident prevention and safety guidelines
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and BlueBeam

Preferred:

• HS Diploma or relevant college degree
• English/Spanish Bilingual
