Job Summary:
- Screen resumes, interview candidates for selected areas, and administer appropriate assessments.
- Create, update and upload job templates and questionnaires to requisition/applicant tracking system.
- Use available resources to identify and attract candidates such as onsite recruiting events, career fairs, online resume searches, etc.
- Communicate important employment information regarding benefits, compensation, etc. to candidates.
- Facilitate the new-hire process with job offer, coordination of onboarding, etc.
- Assist with coordination of hospital-wide special events (service awards banquet, Christmas party, benefits fair).
- Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.
- Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education:
Minimum associate's degree in a business-related field.
Experience:
3 years’ experience in HR or recruiting. (Clinical recruiting preferred)
Additional Skills/Abilities:
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
