ABOUT THIS POSITION 

The Driver position will be located at a school site or commissary kitchen to start and will be responsible for making timely deliveries to other elementary, middle, and/or high school sites.  The Driver performs a variety of job responsibilities including safely delivering meals on time according to the schedule provided, helping load/unload, etc. This position will engage with students, teachers and other team members with superior customer service, embodying the Genuine food values 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Ensure all food is being delivered on time while maintaining food safety.  

• Driving carefully and abiding by all traffic laws while following designated routes/schedules. 

• Load/unload the products out of the delivery van from the prep kitchen to schools. 

• Keep the van cleaned and sanitized. 

• Alert Site Lead or Manager on duty of any issues in a timely manner

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Must be flexible & team-oriented! 

• Experience and dependable driver with catering or food delivery experience. 

• Clean driving record (background check will be conducted) 

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and level headedness. 

• Punctual and able to adhere to the time and attendance policy. 

• Able to climb stairs and lift up 50 lbs.
