Job Summary
Stratagem Solutions, Incorporated is in search of applicants to provide program support to an office within the Army Aviation Program Executive Office (PEO AVN) in the form of planning, integrating, coordinating, and conducting strategic communications across various Project Office Teams and Functional Branches - Technical, Logistics and Business, as well as with other internal and external organizations. Other requirements include program planning, scheduling, report preparation, briefings, and providing support to management. Candidate shall interface daily with military, civilian, and other contractor personnel in a team environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support leadership to oversee all operations.
- Prepare with strategies to increase the organization’s productivity. Update/implement policies and core working practices and provide clear leadership and guidance and recommendations to personnel, as directed by management.
- Execute a key administrative role. Maintain accurate records of important meetings/schedules to implement and achieve strategic objectives.
- Coordinate tasker responses on behalf of Project Office Headquarters staff across all Product Office and Divisional entities using Electronic Tasker Management System (ETMS2).
- Manage office battle rhythm (meetings, agendas, tasking requirements, product development, and administrative documents).
- Work with Project Office Headquarters Staff to synchronize and coordinate organizational actions.
- Coordinate activities with Product Office staff and organizational leadership to support tasking and directives.
- Assimilate information from numerous sources and provide recommendations to leadership.
- Issue, review, and track taskings.
- Coordinate technical development with other Project/Product Offices, other Government agencies, and contractors to promote information exchange.
- Develop, write, and staff briefings to officials/groups in the Project/Product Office.
- Assist with daily and weekly reports to higher headquarters (Staff Call notes, significant actions reporting, and other daily/weekly reports).
Required Qualifications:
- Comprehensive knowledge of Army regulations, acquisition policies and precedents, program goals and objectives, and work processes of the organizations supported, as well as relationships with other programs within Department of the Army.
- Army Acquisition experience.
- Program Management experience and extensive knowledge of contract actions and documents to include but not limited to Statements of Work and Integrated Master Schedules.
- Experience with rotary wing aircraft operations, employment fundamentals, and Army operations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work effectively and well with others.
- Skilled in interpersonal and intergovernmental communications.
- Plan, organize, and direct the work of teams or task forces to accept recommendations, changes, or conflicts among team members.
- Above average knowledge of Microsoft Programs, to include, but not limited to Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Thorough familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint.
- Direct experience with Electronic Tasker Management System (ETMS2).
- Outstanding communication, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding analytical skills.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum Education – BS in engineering, business, or operations research.
- Minimum Years of Experience - 10 Years concentrated in functional responsibility area of the position to be filled.
- Alternate Education and Experience - MS and 8 years; HS and 14 years concentrated in functional responsibility area of the position to be filled.
Travel: May require travel up to 25%.
Special Requirements: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet the minimum requirements for access to classified information.
Testing: Candidates may be subject to a written test as part of the candidate interview and selection process to demonstrate written communication skills and/or the ability to deal with potentially challenging notional situations which may arise while supporting a Product Office.
