The Regional Manager, Living Options & Services will facilitate and manage the operations of assigned group homes and other living arrangements for people with disabilities. The Regional Manager will lead Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to ensure the development of quality and individualized living services maximizing choice, person-centered thinking, and inclusive opportunities. The Regional Manager’s focus will be on coaching and management of assigned team members, planning/support for persons served, and quality services. The Regional Manager will partner across the organization to align and transform services to Fello’s strategic vision, DDA waiver guidelines, and the CMS’s Community Setting Rule. The Regional Manager is a member of the Leadership Council. The Regional Manager must meet all the qualifications of a Direct Support Professional and complete all trainings including obtaining and maintaining Medical Technician Certification (CMT).
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and proven experience managing high-performing teams in disability services. They will bring at least five years of experience working with people with disabilities, including three years in a supervisory or management role. The successful candidate will have expertise in person-centered thinking and individualized planning, along with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. They will also be comfortable managing budgets, fostering collaboration across teams, and providing candid and constructive feedback to staff. A passion for inclusion, equity, and community integration is essential, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining a focus on quality and compliance.
This position requires a minimum of a high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; a Master’s degree in social work, education, or a related field is a plus). Candidates must also have a valid Maryland Driver’s License with no serious violations. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and other technology tools used in services for people with disabilities is required.
