Premier Community HealthCare is a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to serving Pasco and Hernando Counties. We offer a wide range of high-quality services, including Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Women’s Health, Dental, Behavioral Health, and more. Our team is focused on improving access to healthcare services and providing high quality and compassionate care to our community.

We are seeking a Coordinator, Donor Relations to join our Development team on a part-time basis (20–25 hours per week). This hybrid role (based in New Port Richey or Spring Hill, depending on the candidate) is essential in building and maintaining strong relationships with donors, ensuring meaningful engagement, and supporting Premier’s mission to expand community-centered health care.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage donor communications, acknowledgments, and recognition activities.
• Maintain accurate donor records in the database; process gifts, pledges, and updates in a timely manner.
• Support donor stewardship through thank-you letters, reports, and appreciation activities.
• Assist with planning and execution of fundraising campaigns and donor events.
• Conduct prospect research and prepare briefing materials for Development leadership.
• Partner with Finance to ensure proper reconciliation of donations and reporting.
• Create presentations and reports for Development and Board meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality of donor data and compliance with ethical fundraising standards.
• Contribute ideas to improve donor engagement processes and strategies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with donor databases/CRM systems preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced nonprofit setting.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality.
• Enthusiasm for mission-driven work and building community relationships.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (communications, public relations, nonprofit management, marketing, any related field)
  • 2+ years of experience in database utilization preferred with experience in non-profits, donor relations, special events, community outreach or commensurate professional experience
  • Proficient computer skills with intermediate/advanced level of knowledge of program software and Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Access
  • Proficiency in Bloomerang or comparable constituent relations management systems (Ex. donor relations platform) 
  •  Ability to work a consistent part-time schedule (20–25 hours/week), with flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends during donor events

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
• Hybrid role: combination of remote and onsite work, based out of either New Port Richey or Spring Hill.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs. (event supplies, materials).
• Occasional evening/weekend hours required for events.
