GENERAL SUMMARY:
This role involves serving as a backup to the Administrative Assistant for PSC team and the IT Purchasing Agent.  

 
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
  1. Act as the backup for the Administrative Assistant for the PSC Team, which includes answering phone calls to the Pinnacle Support Center and directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
  2. Facilitate access to a secure door for approved visitors, vendors, and employees.
    Maintain the meeting room calendar and prepare meeting rooms for scheduled meetings.
  3. Order office supplies and boardroom supplies.
  4. Act as a backup for the Purchasing Agent for the PSC Data & Technology Team, which includes processing equipment orders, accounts payable invoicing, shipping & receiving, equipment disposal, and inventory.
  5. Assists with maintaining information on spreadsheets, computer input, and reporting as requested while handling confidential and sensitive information.
  6. Assists with special projects as requested.
  7. Regular and reliable attendance.
  8. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), information systems, accounting, & banking systems. 
  • Skills in multitasking, problem solving and working with numbers.
  • Ability to make sound decisions using information at hand and assist others.
  • Ability to communicate with customers, management, and co-workers in a courteous and professional manner and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to create an efficient organized work environment.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and work with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function as a team player but also work independently.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Previous administrative, accounting, & banking experience preferred.  
  • Proficient in Microsoft products.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Seeing: 75-100%
Must be able to greet customers, read reports, use computer screen. 

Hearing: 75-100%
Must be able to communicate with customers and co-workers 

Standing/Walking: 25-49%
Must be able to visit coworkers in building.

Climbing/Stooping/Keeling: 25-49%
Must be able to move equipment.

Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: 50-74%
Must be able lift and put away equipment.

Fingering/Grasping/Feeling: 75-100%
Must be able to use a computer, write. 
 

PHYSICAL DIMENSIONS:
Light Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negotiable amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.  Job involves sitting, walking, lifting, and standing.
