Summary

A highly organized and resourceful E-Commerce & Special Auction Accounts Coordinator to manage the online sale of Surplus PTA, Fixed Assets, and Non-inventoried goods while overseeing select high-value or specialty auction accounts. This role will be responsible for creating and maintaining online listings, coordinating with branch teams on sales and shipping, managing special account relationships, and ensuring smooth operations before, during, and after sales. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable balancing day-to-day sales tasks with high-touch account management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities  

• Create, manage, and optimize product listings for parts & accessories, and non-wholegoods equipment on various e-commerce and auction platforms.
• Oversee and maintain special auction accounts
•  Ensuring timely catalog uploads, accurate listings, and consistent communication with branches
• Coordinate with branches to confirm item readiness, process sales, prepare invoices, and arrange shipping as needed.
• Organize and sell surplus or excess inventory, assisting with branch clean-up efforts.
• Manage and upload catalogs for multiple auction sites, ensuring deadlines are met and data is accurate.
• Provide pre- and post-auction administrative support, including lot setup, document preparation, buyer communication, and results tracking.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for select auction customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships.
• Monitor online sales performance and report back product ROI
• Track aged asset listing times, and gather updated pricing from the responsible teams

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Associate Degree or equivalent work experience.  
• Two years previous e-commerce platform experience with PTA and/or with heavy & light duty trucks, equipment or upfitting.
• Basic image editing 
• Skilled in PC usage and associated software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint). 
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. 
• Must work independently. 
• Must be able to represent CTOS, LLC in a professional manner.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. 
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.

• Employees are always expected to follow the Company’s safety rules and safety polices.
• This individual works both indoors and out, moving about the facility and lot to communicate with the Branch & Shop Managers and other employees.
• Works between an office and plant environment with exposure to varying degrees of temperatures and noise. 
• Some weekend and evening hours may be required.
• Occasional travel is required to visit branches.
