A leading technology company is seeking a Manufacturing Technical Specialist. The successful candidate will lead hands-on troubleshooting initiative down to the component level. The company offers a family-oriented culture and environment!
Manufacturing Technical Specialist Responsibilities:
- Exhibit extensive knowledge of operation, troubleshooting, and remote control of test and measurement equipment.
- Interface with the Production team to develop troubleshooting techniques.
- Initiate first line of contact for firmware, software, and program issues.
- Implement and execute processes developed by Engineering and have the ability to provide constructive and collaborative feedback.
- Manage, create, and document root cause analysis, providing feedback to engineering.
Manufacturing Technical Specialist Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience demonstrating success working with Engineering teams and partners throughout the manufacturing process.
- Higher education or specialized training/certification (Electronics Certificate or equivalent).
- Perform troubleshooting down to the component level.
- Knowledge and experience in developing, writing, and implementing test software code.
