A leading technology company is seeking a Manufacturing Technical Specialist. The successful candidate will lead hands-on troubleshooting initiative down to the component level. The company offers a family-oriented culture and environment!

Manufacturing Technical Specialist Responsibilities:

• Exhibit extensive knowledge of operation, troubleshooting, and remote control of test and measurement equipment.
• Interface with the Production team to develop troubleshooting techniques.
• Initiate first line of contact for firmware, software, and program issues.
• Implement and execute processes developed by Engineering and have the ability to provide constructive and collaborative feedback.  
• Manage, create, and document root cause analysis, providing feedback to engineering.

Manufacturing Technical Specialist Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience demonstrating success working with Engineering teams and partners throughout the manufacturing process.
• Higher education or specialized training/certification (Electronics Certificate or equivalent).
• Perform troubleshooting down to the component level.
• Knowledge and experience in developing, writing, and implementing test software code.
