POSITION SUMMARY
Under direct supervision, provides support to the Service Manager and Manufacturing Engineer.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Collect data and create condition reports for warranty determination.
- General data collection for customers regarding by-product, vibration, and other items as needed.
- Update miscellaneous reports for internal and external use.
- Review and release rebuild procedures, new and existing.
- Ensure Technical Change Notices (TCN) are applied to each rebuild.
- Update new parts in the inventory system.
- Ensure customer change requests are implemented.
- Work closely with the shop floor on part numbers, missing or damaged parts.
- Provide miscellaneous support to the service coordinators.
- Monitor and maintain production and service administration office supplies.
- Maintain and support ORCA / FileMaker system’s hardware and software components.
- Provide support for internal and external TMP customers and perform administrative tasks relating to TMP rebuilds.
- Manage document control and ensure compliance with Quality Management System policies.
- Complies with EBARA safety policies, including participation in and completion of all required safety training.
- Maintains a clean and safe working environment compliant with Ebara safety policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager or Manufacturing Engineering

Education
- High school diploma, Associate’s degree, or equivalent experience.
- Experience
- Zero (0) to Four (4) years of work-related experience in the semiconductor or related area.
- Working knowledge of general policies and procedures.
- Strong Customer Relations skills.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Working knowledge of MS Office products, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Technical Aptitude — Ability to read, comprehend, and write basic technical documents.
- Strong reasoning and cause & effect skills.
- Basic understanding of mechanical principles.
