Position Summary
FairWind is seeking a highly organized and proactive Training Scheduler to manage all administrative and logistical aspects of technician training. This role is essential to ensuring our workforce remains compliant, certified, and ready to deploy. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of training schedules, certification tracking, and travel coordination, while supporting internal systems and customer-facing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule technician training sessions with internal and external trainers
- Assign online training modules and manage technician training calendars
- Maintain accurate digital records of all technician certifications and training documents
- Monitor certification expiration dates and proactively initiate renewals
- Upload and verify completion of certifications in internal systems and external platforms required by FairWind customers, including:
- Shoreline (training and certification management)
- Smartsheet (project and compliance tracking)
- ISNetworld, Avetta, and other contractor compliance portals
- Customer portals for OEMs and asset owners, ensuring alignment with client-specific compliance requirements
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of training compliance to meet customer and regulatory standards
- Arrange domestic and international travel for training purposes, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
- Ensure all travel aligns with training timelines and company policies
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure training-related equipment and access are properly provisioned
- Provide administrative support related to training logistics, documentation, and reporting

- Experience with certification tracking systems, LMS platforms, and customer compliance portals such as Shoreline, Smartsheet, ISNetworld, Avetta, and OEM/asset owner portals is strongly preferred
