This full-time role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, personable, and ready to grow. You’ll follow up with homeowners, collect final payments, manage scheduling needs, and collaborate with our operations team to resolve any concerns. You’ll also gain valuable experience in customer service, account management, and operational coordination—skills that are essential in HR, business operations, and beyond.


Position Details

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 

Pay: $20 to $24 per hour; based on experience.

Position Type: Full-time, benefited, non-exempt, at-will position.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Connect with homeowners after installation to ensure they’re satisfied and supported 
  • Encourage glowing feedback by guiding homeowners through our satisfaction survey process
  • Collect final payments with professionalism and accuracy, maintaining clean financial records
  • Coordinate service appointments (paint, drywall, stucco, etc.) with clarity and care
  • Monitor job site conditions—like weather or access issues—and communicate proactively
  • Collaborate with internal teams (installers, technicians, drywallers) to resolve concerns and keep projects running smoothly
  • Keep RForce files organized and up to date, closing out jobs with precision
  • Share important job details and special requests clearly with both homeowners and crews
  • Support install scheduling and assist with day-to-day office operations as needed

Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on event requirements and company needs. 


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Collections experience preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Employment offer contingent on a clean, basic background check

Working & Physical Conditions

  • Office-based role with standard business noise levels
  • Seated work with occasional movement around the office
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs as needed
  • Manual dexterity for computer and phone use
  • Verbal and written communication required to interpret and respond to customer needs
